Refund policy
Once a transaction has been made, there is no refund or return available to the customer unless there is an issue involving the product, for example, damage in which case you will be eligible for a free replacement of your order (minus shipping fees). To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide us with sufficient proof of the damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We have a 15-day return/replacement policy, which means once you have placed your order, you have 15 days to request a replacement for any damage caused during the shipping or production of your order.

Once a request has been sent our team will review it and determine if your order is eligible for a replacement. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how the replacement process will be done. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
